Our Life

Fall is in the air...and we've been doing different fall activities...walking and crinkling leaves, picking and carving pumpkins...dressing up for Halloween and trick-or-treating...


We visited a place called Sunnyside Gardens where they set up a pumpkin patch and make a whole story out of their pumpkins and hay bails. They also have apple cider, a train ride, a wagon ride, a butterfly house and more. The kids loved the pumpkins and the corn maze.


Carving the pumpkins we picked out...Logan was totally cool with the ickiness of the pumpkin guts, especially if it meant he got to enjoy pumpkin seeds, afterwards! Emi, on the other hand was not keen on touching the pumpkin. She would go NEAR the pumpkins if Mommy was right there, but she wanted nothing to do with them, otherwise.

We went trick-or-treating with some of our neighbor friends and their kids. The kids had a ball, running around, together.
