Our Life

I'm trying to be a little better at this now that we have 2 kiddos...so let's see how good I really AM as I now have half the time, half the energy, and yet twice the events, twice the pictures to take, etc etc. Anyway...

We had Emilia's 4 week check up this week and she's up to 9lbs 4oz. She's definitely growing well and enjoying her life on the 'outside'. She still sleeps A LOT but we do actually get to see her eyes open a little more each day.


Emilia's 'belly button' fell off - shocking Logan because why would one's belly button fall off - and we were able to give her real baths. She's not a fan of the actual bath but loves to be wrapped up, afterwards!


Emi loves posing - or at least she accepts that Mommy likes to take pictures. Here she is in a big girl outfit of hers...


While big brother decides he wants to be 'little' again and tries to fit into his old carseat, which now houses Emi, on trips...


We enjoyed easter at home this year. Auntie Serena came in from CA for the trip and helped make our easter fun. Here, Logan enjoys coloring his eggs.


Since the weather was SO nice this past weekend, we were able to put up the hammock that Serena and Julien brought back for us, from Nicaragua. Its a 'family' hammock and we were able to fit the entire family into it! What a treat!


Easter morning and the kids were able to enjoy their easter baskets. Well, Emi simply posed with her goods as Logan played with each item IN his basket.


The easter bunny was smart and took advantage of the nice weather. Logan loved his outdoor easter egg hunt!
