Our Life

Emilia Fay (aka Emi Lou Who) came into our family on March 11th weighing in at 7lbs and was 20.5 inches long. She looks alot like big brother Logan and so far...she likes to sleep, eat, poop and make faces in her sleep. Here are some pictures of our little girl...and some of proud big bro...

Big brother Logan came to meet his little sister and couldn't get over how little she was. He liked to hold her and to kiss her and also to touch her little fingers and toes.


Here she is...all dressed up to go see her new home. The hat (aka her 'bakers hat') is special as it actually came from Grandma Linda...Grandma Linda gave it to a good friend's daughter at her birth...shortly before passing away. When Mommy announced she was pregnant, this good friend presented Mommy with this hat, just knowing that Emi Lou Who would be a little girl...technically this hat is FROM Grandma Linda...

Emilia's first attempt at tummy time...wasn't much of an attempt. I don't think she opened her eyes but it apparently felt like a good position to sleep in! She's since gotten a little more 'into' tummy time.


Big brother Logan wants to try out all of Emilia's toys...he even tries to swaddle himself at night. :)

We're all so happy to be home and are enjoying our family of 4.
