November updates

Another month has flown by...and now we're preparing for Christmas. We've been in our house for about 6 weeks now and are definately settling in. Logan likes the neighborhood and the extra space, which he definately needed! He is moving up to the toddler classrooms where he'll learn more words, his ABCs, numbers and more. He loves school and he loves watching for school buses as we drive to school. He loves going for walks and stopping every 2 feet to pick something up or point at something else. He loves giving hugs and pointing to objects that he knows the words for. He's been saying several 3 word sentences. And he loves grapes. Seriously...we must have grapes in the house at ALL TIMES. I think he dreams about them at night. :)

Happy winter/holiday season everyone - enjoy the pictures from the past month...

Logan gives Mommy a scare as he climbs up on our painting ladder...and what does Mommy do? Take a picture, of course!

And of course, when there are leaves, you have to play in them! Our old house never had any leaves, so this house is *fun*!

Yes, we're a family of dorks. :) We made turkey hats and wore them on Thanksgiving. We also made our own turkey placemats. Logan loves art projects.

And our feast...Logan helped us cook too! Too bad he had a cold though - he didn't eat much

Logan gives the turkey a treat - to be donated to a food drive. Because he made a donation, he was able to add a turkey feather to the turkey. He loved that!

Our central NY family has snow! We still see green. But what fun it was to take a break and play in their snow! Logan didn't love standing in it or walking in it so much, but he sure did *love* flying down the hill in the sled. Each time we'd stop the sled, he'd ask for more. He loved it!

And the family enjoys the toboggan! We may have to get one of our own one year!

We wonder when the snow will come visit us out here!
