Our Life

Its been quite the month, this past month, ending with Logan's 1st birthday. Logan can stand on his own for a few seconds at a time, but still has no desire to walk on his own. He's content walking along, however, while holding onto things. He loves to clap and cheer along with us, when he does something new. Here are some pictures:


Logan loves playing with one of his push toys - he loves that he can push it all by himself.


Logan 'cooks' alongside us and gets his own pots and pans. He cooks up quite the concoctions.


During the Super Bowl - Logan chears his team on. We listened to the first part of the game on the radio and every time he heard cheering, he cheered as well (not always for the same team!).


Logan turns 1 year old. Here, he shows off the height chart that Mommy and Daddy made for him.


Later, Logan enjoys opening and playing with his birthday presents and balloon.


Mommy made special banana cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Logan LOVED his. He licked off the frosting first and then 'dove' in. Though he was surprisingly clean. Later, he bounced off the walls from the sugar.


We threw Logan a 'beach' birthday party a few days after his birthday so he could celebrate with family and friends. Here, he relaxes on a beach towel while playing with the beach balls.


Logan's first chance at 'real' cake - the first thing he does is knock it off of his plate.


Logan's cake was too sweet for Logan so he opted for one of Mommy's cupcakes instead. This, he enjoyed.
